  Jody Campbell has replaced Steve Martin as the Managing Partner
of Ernst & Young's Baku office. Ernst & Young was the
first international professional services firm to establish operations
in Azerbaijan. In combination with Arthur Andersen, the company
has expanded its resources to advise on all aspects of corporate
and personal tax planning and compliance, including investment
structuring and assistance with reporting and filing requirements.
Ernst & Young also provides statutory and international audit
and accounting services, including assisting companies to convert
Azerbaijani statutory accounts to comply with Western reporting
