I'm trying to connect with someone in Azerbaijan who breeds pigeons
in hopes that we can exchange "pigeon rings", the little
ring that goes around the pigeon's foot which contains information
like where it's from, year of birth, serial number, etc. After
working on my collection for many years, I have about 8,500 rings
from 61 different countries. I don't have any from Azerbaijan
so I'm hoping to contact some pigeon fanciers there.
